4. Your password will depend on whether or not you have accessed this system before:
   1. If you have never use the site before: Password: Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
   2. If you have used the site previously: Use the password you created

   • Enter your old password (last four digits of your SSN) and then enter a new password.
   • The new password must be 7 characters and contain at least one numeric character.

6. Once you have entered your password, you will be presented with the online consent form.
7. Read the Online Consent Form for the requirements and specifications. 如果你同意，请按“同意”.

It has changed its method of reporting if the method (payments received) used for (每年) is different than the reporting method (amounts billed) for [previous form year]. You should be aware of this change in figuring your education credits.

箱4: Shows any adjustment made by 澳门新普京注册 for a prior year for qualified tuition and related expenses that were reported on a prior year Form 1098-T. This amount may reduce any allowable education credit that you claimed for the prior year (may result in an increase in tax liability for the year of the refund).
